If i had to choose between life not being perfect at 27 (perfect job, house, car, etc), and having a child, and life being perfect at 40 and having a child, I would go with 27. As long as Im healthy, mentally prepared, and in a good, stable job.

Not to mention that the odds of getting pregnant at 40 are only 20% and by 45 the odds of getting pregnant are under 5. 

While the odds of pregnancy are decreasing, the odds of miscarriage, pregnancy complications and birth defects are increasing. 

Biology is real.

if there isnt anything wrong with my lady/reproductive parts, i really wouldnt wanna leave myself down to those options for no good reason

I mentioned 27 when i spoke of "20s", because i think at that age many women are a far cry from who they were at 19/20.
20 is too soon, imo

Do you know how expensive both of these options are? They are so costly, they aren't even real options for most. 

IMO, late 20's- early 30s is when people who want kids should consider settling down, certainly not 40.
