Your right its not about her failing as a parent, i could tell it was a mental issues by having homicidal thoughts. that's a symptom of some mental health diagnosis, after hearing all the mental health hearings i have to listen too daily,,, and one in particular of a girl that had homicidal thoughts was scary like she was Carrie from the movie..its no joke.

interesting that he was able to obtain guns so easily...
i was sitting in the midnight premiere showing of Paranormal Activity 4 with friends...as soon as the lights go down for the previews this fcking idiot leans over and says, "damn, i just thought about that shooting in Aurora. that was crazy"..us:why did you have to share that with us???...him: i know, i know, it's just crazy sorry.
it ruined the whole first 45 min of the movie for me b/c i was uneasy.

if he doesn't have a criminal background he can get one.. but if he's ever been under a civil commitment he can't..
