his face doesn't look 54 to me.
I think if he had gotten a trainer and did some weights, he would have gotten that desired look he wanted.
I guess honestly I don't really think about male enhancements like that. Lipo I wouldn't mind, but pec implants are a little weird to me. and I wonder what they look like when a guy is out of shape.
