hello.
just popping in for my random posts lol but wanted to show you ladies my latest install (if you are in any fb hair groups you probably have seen these or follow me on ig)
specs: 22,22,18 Indian wavy from madiravirginhair.com
I WAS SENT THIS HAIR TO REVIEW
anywho just some things I have noticed.
First and for most I have been wearing this hair for over a month ( will be 2 months January 18th) and so far I am really impressed by this hair.
Initial thoughts:
when i first received it I noticed how small the bundles were, which made me worry if I would have enough for a full install. The hair gets very thin towards the ends and have a variety of lengths in each bundle. However what I did notice is that the bundles were much longer than what they were said to be so the thin ends which def need to be cut (I have yet to do so) can be done and you still maintain length.
I experienced alot of shedding upon first washing the hair before being installed. I then was struck by the unforgiven cornchip smell !!!! I washed the hair with dove intensive shampoo & conditioner as well as let the hair sit in baking soda and listerine and was able to get rid of the smell !
Thoughts as of now:
Pros:
-blends well with natural hair
-lots of movement
-can hold a curl well
-low maintenance
-very nice texture
cons:
-sheds, not hella but its noticeable, I get more shedding when hair is in its natural wavy state
-slight tangling (this issue is seldom and mostly occur in it natural state)
overall I give this hair a 8.5 out of 10, I reallyyyyyyy like it but am not super in love with it. I do however feel her prices are reasonable (she is having a 3 bundle deal for 300$) and this hair could or in my case is holding over very well
