you all take much more complex stuff than me for ur bodies than i do lol. i just never know what to pick. there's so many things but unlike most, im also on a weight loss journey, can't afford to take anything that will increase my boob size, and can't afford to take anything that might increase my already heavy weight. so a lot less things to experiment with lol. and most booty and hip increasers increase bust and overall weight in general. BLEH.
Vitamins/supplements:
CLA, flaxseed, hca, msm, acidophelus and collagen (probably forgetting something. have to look when i get home).
I was an apple. Now I'm... uhh... I dunno but I'm proportionate now. I guess that makes me a rectangle. Aiming for an hour glass.
The CLA is to help build muscle in my hips and butt area so it can get bigger or at least stay the size it is during my weight loss. The hca is supposedly to help belly fat. Acidophelus to keep myself regular and disposing waste so I'm not holding onto any extra toxins or waste lol. Msm to help me stay active and in the gym by keeping my joints less painful.
I'm looking to start borage oil soon which is supposed to help with belly fat too. Also need to start using my volufiline cream again.
belly/waist fat is really the only thing keeping me from being a decent hour glass. Currently 45 bust- 39 waist - 48 butt (lost an inch when i stopped my creams

I go to the gym about 5 days a week doing 4-5 miles cardio and mostly leg, butt, and core exercises. Wearing my waist trainer.
Let me know if you guys know of anything for curves that doesn't bloat, increase weight gain or bust size.
