I shower every other day when it's winter. Smile Preserves the suppleness of my skin.

You gotta do it reeeeal gentle~ And I know that rough mama scrubbing. OuchOuchOuch
When I was little, my mom would scrub me so hard, oh my god. The worst was when she'd scrub my private parts! She'd use Zest and the mixture of her scrubbing hard and the soap irritating my inner parts made me try my best not to fall down or cry from pain. Cry

These days I treat my coochie with the love my mother's scrubbing didn't. LOL

Meh, judge if you want. If it makes you feel better, I wipe down inbetween days.

Washing every day in winter caused my skin to dry badly and even crack, even with the use of emollients.

Read about the protective barrier the skin makes and how over-washing can get rid of it and leave the skin vulnerable so I decided to wash every other day. Results gained.

*Throws on cape for Midna*

I thought people with certain skin conditions are told not to shower everyday.

Plus I thought it is not unhealthy not to shower daily.

Just sayin'! lol
