I've only seen weave with a curl like that from the BSS. You can purchase some Kinky Straight/Yaki or Lt. Yaki and do the curls yourself.
I purchased some hair that had a curl like that initially but after the wash it turned into a coarse wavy which was cute but it wasn't what i was looking for.

would the other option, be getting human hair then curling with thin curlers?

If you do it with HH and curlers you will have to do it every few dats to keep up with that pattern. Have you tried sending the pic to a CV to see if they can dupe it? They might also have pics on their sites of somthing with a similar pattern. I know CVs are almost quick to say they can dupe anything, but the results may vary Cry
