Going to a "Big Name" school (not T14, but in the top 50) and graduating with a J.D. and $100,000 in debt or going to a "No Name" school for freeeeee!

btw: I plan on going into government, politics or non-profit work to advocate on behalf of underserved social groups OR becoming a law professor.

I thought the name of the school that you attend when it comes to law school is important. Able to get more contacts and your resume appears to be more impressive with a big name school, no?

Well you just want to be a law professor then by all means go to school for free. Seems like a win win to me.

this is my problem. i've been doing the research on job outlooks & i just don't know how worth it those names would be in the long run.
