I was not trying to be mean, I was being realistic; if you keep coming back here expecting Lisa to answer this thread instead of working on your body, your body WILL NOT be what you want for your wedding.
You wrote that you did work out but did not see any results. Well, did you increase your calorie consumption, meaning, did you eat MORE? Did you increase the weights you were using? You cannot be doing, for example, 50 squats everyday holding a 2 pounds weight and expect any result. When 2lbs becomes easy, you need to upgrade to 5, then 7, then 10..... and keep going.
Go to the doctor, ask to have your hormones checked. Then follow Lisa's ideas.
I never went to the doctor and I took pueraria mirifica and it gave me some results. You do not need Lisa's help. No one has her information and it does not matter how many times you try to make this thread be on the top of the page, she will not *suddenly* come back to BHM to reply.
If you want your dream body for your wedding, you need to start working now: eat healthy, eat more, workout, and increase the amount of weights you lift (every other week).
