i wonder why your body doesnt absorb them..

I'm about to buy some gummy ones too

there is such a thing as taking too many but it depends on if the supplement is water or fat soluble and it depends on other things too..

some supplements will just get pee'd out if your body doesnt need it.. some get stored and become toxic (but this is at like really high levels typically)

you should add the multi.. but not a dollar store one, do a decent quality one.. those cheap ones sometimes make your liver have to work harder to where its better if you just dont take anything period.

sigh...
cosign the juicing thing for great skin and overall health.. i reallllly wanna do a 3 day juice cleanse, then get back into the habit of drinking like 8oz every other day.
im just too lazy.. when i do it i wanna do like enough for the week.. but its better when its fresh.
so i try to just use the green powders.. not consistent with that either.

i have a great place that juices fresh daily but its like $12 for a little bottle and its like an hour away.. they deliver but its hella expensive. i am going to work on finding a closer place.. i need to get back into my greens.

b vitamins are supposed to change the color of your urine.

i love b complex for energy but i take the recommended dose in a multivitamin form. i also take the emergen-c packets but only when i notice a sniffle or sneeze, or cough or whatever and it knocks it right out.

i had to stop drinking it daily because i think it lowered my tolerance and i would become sick quicker and more often.

This thread has reminded me to take my vitamins again. I haven't been consistent.
- I Omega 3 and Zinc for kp. I plan on adding vitamin A
- I'll reintroduce hemp oil capsules for fibroids and monitor myself for any side effects.
- I have very few hair pills but I'm not sure if it's necessary to buy again if I use the first two.
- Iron, as prescribed by my doctor (with Metamucil! Otherwise, my stomach won't tolerate it)

Omega 369 with Fish Flax Borage supplements 3 times per day with meals
Womens' Multivitamin 3 times per day with meals

I switch up buying the vitamins between 2 companies Swanson one month then use Piping Rock another month. I also use Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother by Braggs or Dynamics this stuff does WONDERS for your body. It's 2 tablespoons to an 8 ounce glass of water, so I double it up putting 4 tablespoons in a 16.9 ounce bottled waterLOL I drink 2 bottles a dayWink

I think the trick to taking vitamins is stay consistent for 1 to 2 months then lay off everything for a few days, this'll show you what works & what doesn'tStar

Yea, vitamin A, D, E,K are fat soluble, so its possible to develop a toxicity with them

I take a Centrum multi-vitamin, that I started to take 3 months ago. I also take an iron supplement because I am a tad bit anemic. I want to start taking Zinc and get back on my Evening Primrose supplements, but I have to wait until I get to France because they don't have the Zinc or EP here. I would love to get a juicer and start juicing 2x a week.
