Has anyone used a ceramide right after rinsing out a relaxer instead of using protein?

So which way is the most effective? Ceramides by way of shampoo and conditioner, or by way of deep conditioner with heat?

this info is from:

http://www.darkerthanbrown.com/2011/03/ceramides-on-my-4b4c-natural-hair-wheat.html

Now on to ceramides for natural hair, everyone agrees that the amount of ceramides deposited on natural hair is small. Some researchers even say once deposited, most if not all of it is washed off after we shampoo our hair. Versus ladies with relaxers, who keep hundreds of ceramides in their hair post shampoo. I think that is easily fixed, only used your ceramides as a leave in. Wheat Germ Oil is widely used for ceramides. A few ladies told me they use Wheat Germ Oil as a pre poo. I won't follow this trend, I am going to start using Wheat Germ oil three times per week, starting this coming Saturday.

I am so sorry about this but I forgot I posted in here.  I actually love it for my hair and invest in a 32 ounce bottle.  That is how much I love it.  It is like a cheaper version of Kinky Curly Knot Today.
