Looks like a wrinkled scar on her neck...possibly thyroid surgery. Her face looks untouched by plastic surgery (I'm no expert) but she's still beautiful.

Kimora Lee Simmons has/had thyroid issues which caused her neck to protrude. Lela Rochon, I believe is in her 50's or late 40's?? I don't think her age would be the cause.

She's still one of my favorite Hollywood Sexy Ladies.

She's still Gorgeous, Everybody doesn't have taut skin that can bounce back after weight gain and loss...
