That is terrible, please make sure you do extensive research before purchasing hair again.. leave no stone unturned in the quest for quality hair. Maybe you should contact the better business bureau in your state to try and get your money back. BHM does many extensive reviews on hair companies, go through the archives their are tons of post listed in which hair companies to avoid. It is a tedious task but it will save you money in the long run and ensure a quality product.
