I have super oily skin but once I cut the bread/potatoes/rice out and went low-carb my skin became less oily. Fewer break outs.

NO not really. Ive been working longer hrs lately (like the past @ weeks) but everything still the same. Its wierd to me becaus eI never had skin issue and lately Im having minor breakouts more often. and its in the same spot my right cheek.

Im 26. I cleasne with Afrivan black soap twice a week sometimes it can be drying. and tone and moisturize with an oil free face moisturizer.

I've always been oily so I wouldn't know. OT but not really does anybody know if people with oily skin should still be using a moisturizer?

See Ive never had oily skin so I wouldnt know. Its oil free though. I think everyone should moisturize though. It will just be wierd for me not too. LOL and Im not oily right away I just notice it at the end of the day after like 12 hrs or so.

I just went through this a for a couple of months. Started taking evening primrose and upped my omegas, it stopped. Very frustrating
