I think women need to command respect and it starts with how you dress and carry yourself counts!

I don't think women deserve to be beaten, raped or disrespected. But just think about how many people go to job interviews and DON't get jobs because of the way they are dressed. Now lets take this same logic and apply it to other settings! The way someone is dressed sends a message,we can be as liberal as we want and imagine that none of this matters but how many times a day do we make assumptions about people based on how they dress and look?

Respect is fundamental. Clothing is not based on respect. That's what he's talking about.

Whether the girl is classy or trashy? That's not the point. U can feel however u want, but u have no right to address anyone differently because of their clothing. Just wait for them to open their mouths and give u a reason, if u need one.

Clothing is not a license to justify prejudicial practices

If you agree with floyd you agree with the nypd and George Zimmerman

I am not skating I just said I don't think women deserve to be disrespected!
-I am saying that this happens everyday~ it is a social norm, and we cant ignore this!
Humans are visual creatures before one even opens their mouth other people make all sorts of assumptions about you, have you ever heard the expression "first impressions are 90% visual"
Besides being an external cue affecting the response of others toward you, clothing is also an inner cue affecting your self-image. Feeling good about how you look can make you feel good about yourself, thereby increasing your personal presence.
