For me my problem is making friends in general, it is really hard for me and can take months for me to come out of my shell. I have more things in common with men and they are easier to chat with but I'm at the age I can't befriend them as easily as before, they seem to want something more than I'm willing to give (usually its sex and then they get bitter when they're friendzoned) and that's not s good friendship to have. I really do want a good woman friend, cause I don't have one and while my gays are great they're not a good enough substitute. I got bummed when I realized that all my bridesmaids would be men but then I got happy because they would rock those dresses...

Honestly I don't even know because I've never had a girlfriend bff before. I always compensated by having a bunch of gay friends. I guess I'm just curious to experience it and that's why I feel I'm missing something.

Gay men can't relate to everything how another woman can. They're great to have, but with certain experiences you need another chicks outlook cause they done been there and done that.

I used to have a gay friend who used to say he was on his period when he was in a bad mood. Whenever anyone was in a bad mood, he'd say that they were just on their period. He and his partner adopted a daughter and he'd always say that giving birth ruined his coochie forever lol. That was my man but that annoyed me soooo much!

I miss him though :(
