I will say when it comes to sports and going to sports bars and events I like the companionship of my male friends more.
I haven't found a girl who follows it that closely.
That would be great bc in between sports talk we could talk about bussing these athletes down.


But other than that no.

The dynamics are different.
I've only had a couple guy friends where there wasn't strong sexual overtones and sexual tensions.
I still think of them as friends but ....

ugh i am looking for female friends! lol i love being friends with girls.. i never understand women who saythey can't be friends with females.. there is something wrong with you not the other way around lol

Nope. I'm pretty friendly and accomodating. People that I choose not to be friend often exhibit some sort of personailty trait that I just don't dig. For example, I have a core crew of sisters that I am close to. One of the queen's has this associate that is just rude as hell. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
I can't get with her. Nope. Do not want. 
 
Another associate of the same sister get's some liquior in her and get's entirely to touchy feely. She does hair beautifully, but was always horribly late to appointments so I fired her. Anyway at a house party she get's entirely too close to me. Demands to know why i haven't seen her to get my locs done. Then freaking puts her whole hand in my locs and takes down the updo that I worked on for hours so she could see my new growth. I WAS FRIGGIN LIVID.
 
So....as long as those kinds of shenan.igans aren't going on kicking it with women isn't an issue.
 
If anything, hanging with men is hard because they never want to be just my friend.
