I dont know, but I dont think so. California is a funny state. Since she'd be giving birth while they're still married, Kris could legally file for custody if Kim doesnt get a paternity test to prove he aint the pappy. Doesnt mean he'll get custody of little Kanye East, but he'd be well within California state law. |
True he will be legally the father, then she'll be back in court trying to get him off the birth certificate.. its more in her best interest to settle with him.. give him the annulment that's what he wants.. and I'm with him it was fraud, she didn't love that man she wanted to be married that's all period, and it was for the show.. Get yo annulment /money Kris..

im confused at why she doesn't understand how fraudulent it all looks. they filmed all the way up to the wedding, including the wedding...then kim was out of town...then they moved in with her family and filmed...then she went out of town and was ready to divorce.
where in this time frame did she try to salvage her marriage for longer than a day?

probably need to ask Kanye. something tells me that he was in control of when they decided to make it official. i think she was waiting on him and she was going to drop whatever she was doing whenever he came around. hence her 72 day marriage.

They are all too dumb. I know of going on a date to make another guy jealous. But getting married that's too much.
