Does anyone have an experience with Keratosis Pilaris? I have it on my legs and its very annoying. I have no idea how to get rid of it.. :(

Here is a pic of someones elbow with it. Its just those small brown dots everywhere.

You have to exfoliate the area daily and moisturize.

Get some sea salt and olive oil. Fill a jar with the sea salt and pour the olive oil over it til it covers the salt.

Everyday before you get into the shower, scrub your legs with the scrub. Apply as much pressure as you can without hurting yourself, you need to remove those dead keratin layers.

After you scrub, shower as normal and wash your legs with the Palmstre papaya soap and let the soap sit on there for the remainder of your shower.

Make sure you moisturize your skin afterwards.

Do this everyday for 6-8 weeks then you will see a dramatic improvement. If you still have some spots you can look into some peels.
