I've started having problem digesting dairy products as I've gotten older - especially cheese.

the older I get the more problems I have with dairy. Last time I drank milk straight up I felt nauseous. I've been doing soymilk and am trying to go completely vegan now within a few months. I'm going to miss Alfredo sauce!

I was drinking soy milk then I read all the bad things about it. Sometimes it just feels like everything is bad for you... now I have been drinking rice milk does anyone know if rice milk has any bad side effects or what not?

I have problems with milk. It's been that way for at least 5 years. I cried because i couldn't drink milk any more. What i notice is i don't drink it, i eat cheese sparingly. I have ice cream sometimes in the summer. For the most part i drink soy milk by silk or whole grain milk from trader joes. My mom drinks the almond milk . And there is rice milk which im not that fond of. But it depends on the brand also. I have been hearing things about soy. But when i think about it there are a lot of women who have a soy based diet and are much healthier than me who was drinking milk all these years. So for the most part 90% of the time i don't mess with cow's milk.

i think dairy makes me breakout. i put cream in my coffee for 2 consecutive days & by day 3 my face turned into a ripe fruit with pimples!

I think i will stick to soy milk for now. acne is not sexy.
