Chic and Meechie - I'm in awe!! I have a kinky curly from Ruth that's in closet because I'm too intimidated by it to wear it (yet).  Please tell me what products you use to tame it.  I actually like lf from sinowigs because the matte texture is very natural looking.

Now my regular Kinky curly from Jack Sun looks just like your Afro Kinky Curly...I wore it as a half wig (you can see my mega forehead that helps me to have endless possibilities with lace wigs...lol)

Dang, How did you make that a half wig...share the tip! Also, that KC looks exactly like my AKC...I may have to check jack out....but i am in love with my ringlets from clw, she does me right ALL the time.

Jack Sun is great with curlies. I asked about AKC because as you can see my KC from him is already very very tight curly. More would beConfusedOuch aka too hard to handle.

It was actually a stock unit medium but it was too small and I had cut the lace already, plus the hair was just too cute to sell. Therefore, since I sometimes switch to half wigs when I need a break from LW, I cut a little more lace around and I sewed large snap comb-wig clips all around the lace (from ebay) and voila! Easy!Big%20smile

I wash with sulfate free shampoo (Organix Shea Butter), condition with Herbal EssencesTotally Twisted for Curls and Waves (this is my favorite for curly/wavy hair, it gives the curls and waves a special something somethingBig%20smile) and brush with my denman brush with the same condish still on the hair. I rinse and carefully finger comb with some Cantu Shea Butter Leave-in (not too much). I let air dry without touching.
When I wear the KC, if necessary (the Cantu shea makes it a "if"), I lightly spray with my glycerin+HE Totally Twisted condish+Distilled Water mix and I'm good for the day.

I have a Creole curly from Ruth that looks just like that (I'm convinced she sent me KCurly by mistake). But i intend to wear it as a half wig too because it does match my natural hair.

Gorgeous BTW and thanks for the product/care tips.

Thanks, Chic!  I just bookmarked this for my next shopping trip to the bss.  I want to rock my KC in the summer!
