basically if you get an annulment has a few elements that qualifies it one of the reason is fraud.. otherwise you must get a divorce..either way she's messing up b/c the longer they fight over whether its a annulment or divorce they will be wasting time, setting court dates etc.. they baby will be born and Kris's name will be on that birth certificate b/c he's her husband.. then she'll be going thru the paternity DNA to remove him as the father, she's foolish all day long.
