Contact your local police department, they can give you the number to report a internet crime. Using the internet and the mail is a federal offence and will get you locked right on up.
Chile the board administrators is the least of concerns

Hi, I sent money to Kevin two days ago and he never replied to me saying he received the money. I'm worried because I used the aliyun email he gave me. This is the second order I place. First one was OK but I'm worried now because he hasn't replied to several emails I sent him after I send him the money. :(
