    Posted: Jun 25 2011 at 11:15am
i just noticed this summer that i have these black little spots on my legs and they're so annoying . i've seen them on other girls legs but i've also seen girls legs where it's not all spotted and it looks so nice and soft and that's what i want . i thought it was because i shaved or used depilatory creams but so i went and got my legs waxed instead but the black dots are still there . i've been exfoliating and putting Lubriderm's advanced therapy for very dry skin lotion and it makes my legs really smooth to touch but the black dots are still there . oh and also sometimes it kinda feels like "chicken skin" in the back . i'm thinking about going to the tanning salon but if there are any other alternatives please let me know .

this is exactly what my legs look like :

Im not a doctor by far but IMO keratosis P comes from the production of too much testosterone or androgen!Regular scrubbing in the shower with likas papya soap(it stirps the first layer of skin off)or fair and white aha soap  it has little nut peices in it to exfoliate its wonderful along with taking spironolactone
This will  give great results
