I think if Kelly was groomed to the extent Bey was she would have been big. She is just as pretty as Bey and their level of singing is the same.

Kelly doesn't have that umph on stage which is where Beyonce shines.

I actually disagree

but Kelly certainly doesn't have/never had the singing chops that Beyonce does

Kelly's voice is cute and pop... not big and boisterous like Bey's

You mean like if she was singing the same songs? Yeah probably I think Kelly actually has more of a genuine personality than Beyonce.  As long as Beyonce has been out I still dont get a sense of who she is. For me that seems weird as hell but I think its mostly because with Beyonce nothing she says seems to be natural or her own thoughts and when they are they seem very juvenile which in comparisons makes other things shes said seem even more like the words of someone else.
