I think we should put hairtypes as well when posting. Maybe this will give others some insight.
Things that DID NOT WORK FOR ME!!!
When I was permed, Aphogee DID NOT work for me. It left my hair hard and breakage. Too much protein.
(omg, its breaks my heart that some of these things didnt work for yall such as: Castor oil, Shea Butter, aubrey Organics  )

S-curl. Waxy mess on my strands. But it does moisturize, just leaves a horrible film
Castor oil on DRY hair. I use it on wet hair to seal and it locks in the moisture very well, but on dry hair? A crackling, breaking, sticky mess.
Giovanni (sp?) leave-in. WTF. I've never had a leave-in make my hair feel tangled and straw-like.

EVOO is to heavy for my hair. I have fine hair. I now use grapeseed oil.
