This dude did what he because he thought he was untouchable
Couple that with his position of power and the prestige attached to it .. and how women generally tend to be moved by those two things .. it made him arrogant.
My AVI would probably best describe his attitude

I'm not going to lie, when I met him, I was somewhat taken aback. He is so charming. He is relatable yet intelligent, and he is in great shape. He was talking to everyone at the mixer, even lowly old "no name" me. I walked away thinking, "Why does he have such a bad rep? He seems like a nice guy. I'm sure the sexted pics have an explanation." I can see why he gets away with a lot.
