This time of year isn't good for the supply chains as the Chinese New Year has been going on. There is a lot more hair being "diluted" by the sorters and wefters in the factories as they steal more than normal to sell on the side for extra money prior to the holiday and then they just don't work at all during the actual holiday. They are mostly back to work now though, so the quality for most of the brands should bump back up to the norm.
