IMO, it looks like the vendor in 'Russia' washed the hair (it probably has the ivory soap powder scent as proof, if you know what that is you'll agree) and for the essence of time to cut down the 6 week waiting time, she is not washing/brushing/prepping the hair before mailing it, hence, winter friction and next, summer chafing when you open the package...

I think she has no choice but to wash the hair because it has to be wefted first and freshly wefted hair is bushy as hayle! When I've gotten bulk hair that was wefted back from Sam, its been very puffy and rough I had to deep condition it to make it smooth so if she wasn't washing the hair it'd look even worse out the package, lol. She's washing it, either the hair just wasn't good or they messed up on the wefting somewhere I believe. @ summer chaffing!

Summer chafing, summer sweating, winter friction, spring flinging and fall flouncing can cause tangling in Rushinese hair.

I don't know what's going on with Jace Beauty. I have purchased about 3
blends from the company and I have spoken to Nicole on several
occasion. All the hair that I have purchased have been of great
quality. I have the medium coarse straight, medium coarse wavy/curly
and the Very Coarse Straight. For special orders I have waited, the
longest being about 5 months. I honestly don't know what is going on
with Jace and I really wish she would be honest about the hair.
Besides, I'm not a science genius...I studied Biology, not Physics, but what she demonstrated here does not equal what's happening. Friction would cause the hair to stand straight up due to moisture loss to the dry hair (electrons are lost); the hair becomes positively charged. It wouldn't be matted and needing to be brushed through all recklessly.
My
last purchase fell victim to "winter static friction". When I took it out the
package, it wasn't matted but it looked like there were a lot of
flyaway hairs present. After I washed the hair, both bundles looked as
if they had been electrocuted. Now, I have a lot of hair hanging on
hangers awaiting to be installed on wigs or sewn in. None of my other
hair was sticking straight up from static friction, even though the air is dry in my home. I rewashed the hair
and used a heavier conditioner and the hairs laid down. This was back
in January and the hair is still hanging on it's hangers. I can see
some of the hairs rising back up into that electrocuted
position.....None of my other hair is going through this.
I sent
her an email after the first wash and complained about it. Besides
that, the hair is still beautiful and coarse, it wasn't a big issue. But
I'm sure there are other women that have experienced the same hence the
video.

Just bothered to watch the video. Dead at "There are thousand of stands in your bundle, don't be afraid to loose a few." If I'm paying $500 for some hair I want all my d@mn strands
