I'm going to start offering my "consultant" PR services to these weave companies. Many of these CEO's need to put the dayum camera down and work on managing the business aspects of their companies. It's not a GOOD LOOK when you don't think these things through. Somebody from the team must be willing to BE HONEST and tell her.... "girl that ish is not gonna be received well by the educated consumer. --- Now go back to the office and come up with a plan to deliver a quality product FASTER" ---without winter friction, of coarse. |
Please do!!! I was thinking too what made her even think it'd be a good idea to get on camera saying some stupid ish like that but of course she made that video because she believed people really wouldn't know any better and when you think about it she's tricked plenty into believing it's real Russian hair and that it really takes six whole weeks to customize their orders so I guess she figured this could be an easy sell too.

That hair looks like left over hair that was wefted together. There's no way that hair could be tangled like that through shipping. |
Girl, anyone with common sense would know that she DELIBERATELY tangled that hair and made it look that bad for the purpose of that video. There is NO WAY JACE is sending out hair looking that bad. What she should have said was wash and deep condition this "COARSE" Eurasian hair you bought because "coarse Russian" which in the industry is known as lower grade Asian hair, the hair you all been begging for has less natural oils so it tangles quicker.

At first I thought this was a joke but I see you're serious. Why would she do that when it can only make her look bad? I don't think the hair looked like that when she put it in the bag to send out but after it sitting scrunched up in that bag a few days, especially if the hair wasn't properly hackled and wefted, it can and will look exactly like that. I don't think for a second she put it in the bag looking like that, I definitely give her more credit than that but I also think she didn't anticipate it'd come out the bag looking that way either until it was brought to her attention. Weather nor packaging had anything to do with why that hair looked like that. When someone installs hair like that it's going to be a mess, a straight up bird's nest like someone else said. We hold everyone else to a standard, what makes Jacebeauty an exception to the rule? This hasn't been happening to the hair before so what changed is my point? Something obviously changed and it's not the weather. It's a quality issue as hard as it may be to believe.

Like I said before IF and when BUYERS start receiving hair and showing Jace hair looking like that then we will know soon enough. Her making her hair look like that in a vid is an extreme example. Oh and I don't think this is new. I'm sure she been getting plenty of emails about her coarse hair tangling hence the hair type vid she made last year. That is what happens when you sell lower grade Eurasian hair because your customers want "coarse hair". Jace is not an exception to the rule. If this was a BUYERS vid or BUYERS pics of hair arriving like that we'd be allllll up and through her arse. As a "long time lurker" I'm sure you know this.

True enough. For customers' sake I hope that doesn't prove to be the case though.

Don't worry girl. The truth always finds a way to come out in the end. If ANY vendor is doing shady ish such as selling crap hair, fake hair origins or even bashing other vendors using another username to hide their identity (yes, we've had that happen here too) BHM will make it known. No vendors gets away with ish here.

I don't understand how there can be winter friction if orders were processed 6-8 weeks ago....wouldn't she be getting these complaints in the spring/summer?
