Jacebeauty providing crap hair & blaming weather!

What I really want to know is where are the complaints from people getting hair like this?
There must be some if she went out of her way to make a video about it.
Or is she going to ship hair out like that, then when people complain shes going to
point them in the direction of the video & say its normal & that she discussed it?

That's exactly what I was thinking. She's definitely gotten some questions/complaints about it so she's trying to be proactive by making this video forewarning that if they get bundles like this not to make a big deal about it, lol. I hope people don't fall for this though because it is something to make a big deal about because the reason that hair is doing that is because of the short hairs in it, it looks like to me which is a wefting issue. That hair is going to be problematic, especially when installed, that's the sad part. But by her making this video the person who does get hair like this will just come to her about it and she'll replace it quietly so it's all about saving face for her really is how I see it.
