Yupp, pretty much. As long as the same courtesy is extended to all customers it isn't a problem.

I agree with whoever else said it...this makes it worse. Nicole would NOT do this regularly, I don't believe, and if you're not going to do it for all, then you shouldn't do it for one either! WHY would she let customers keep their bundles AND send them new ones? She'll make that exception for Fab because she wants Fab to give her company a gleaming review so she can get more customers. But what about the women who've scraped and saved to afford that hair and purchase it and have an issue. What then? Is she going to allow them to replace bundles this way? Keep the original? HELL NO. She is wrong as hell for this and it's bad and unfair business practice; it shows where her priorities really lie as if we didn't know already by her prices - GREED.

The hair is pretty but I just can't spend that much money, and it's getting hot, time to go short!

I bought some of her coarse curly in the special release. It's gorgeous! I just wish they were a bit longer. I'm still trying to figure out if I'm going to keep both bundles. She did say that I can't wash it if I'm going to return it, so that courtesy isn't extended to everyone. The longer bundle is just above my bra strap when it's not stretched.

I'm not gonna lie, I want some of that coarse curly. My hair is natural 4a/b and I kinda want hair that will "react" to the weather the same way my hair would, but with a curly overall texture.

When will yall learn? | Learn what? I don't care if the hair is indian, chinese, malay, "brazilian" or "russian" . I'm not hooked on the origin. I just want coarse curly that does not shed or tangle that will last. So If anyone has actual advice, feel free to point me in the right direction/ PM me/ post in-thread, etcIve tried the reputable CV's and the popular AV's, and still dont have my dream texture (waiting on my wags NC now). Ive been a member of another hair board for years and yes... topics get recycled, newbies ask the same questions over and over, but people deserve a constructive response. Telling people to "do a search" or "when will yall learn?" isn't very helpful. Do you have some info on the company? Are they selling crap? Let us know.
I totally agree. I came on here today to research hair. I wanted the Jace Beauty hair, because of the YT buzz with some YT "Guru's" who swore by A-hair has jumped on the bandwagon. I wanted to know what BHM had to say. I am in search of quality hair with lasting power like the Good old days of Wags, and other established companies. I don't always trust the reviews from the Guru' cause they are not always honest or the companies send them the better hair and the customers the crap.

Thanks! I think it was between 3.5-4oz.
@MrsWilson -- the wefts look really good. They're sturdy, and soft enough to fold. The construction looks really good. I went ahead and washed the longer one, and I didn't experience any shedding. I don't see any long beards either. I'm trying to figure out if I want to wait until the next sale to see if I can get a longer bundle. I'm having a wig made with the hair. The sooner I can find someone to make it I'll post a review of the hair.
