wow thats f'd up. When she sent me 1 curly, 1 cury/wavy, and 1 wavy bundles of hair I called her and told her that it was not going to look right. She told me the pattern should work because they all had ringlets at the bottom. I told her I would wash the hair and see if it will blend. She said if I washed it I could not exchange it!!!!!!!!!! I dont think its right that if you dont have a you tube or twitter page you get the special treatment. I think she should of made her buy another bundle because she would have done that to me.
I did send all three bundles back and had her match them better (as you see in the picture I posted),but if I would have done with that girl did to my hair I would have been in the hole for about $800 . I'm just sayin'

I would LOVE to hear her explanation on why she was so willing to accommodate Fab & not you. Another question. If the hair is VIRGIN how does she know that they ALL had ringlets at the bottom? Must be a requirement in her processing.

I need to stop taking care of my child and quit my job so I can post tube videos once a week and get 1 million views!!!! Since this is the only way I can get good customer service from companies after I've spent my hard earn money!!!

This is ridiculous... Nicole has a major mess on her hands now unless she gives everyone the "Fab treatment" and she'll go broke if she does. You cant tell one person you cant return if you wash the hair then let another DYE that ish, sew it in and grant her a return. I'm happy she replaced your bundles though.

I thought she said nicole was replacing the bundle ( around 1:30 min in her video)..... correct me if I'm wrong.

 Worse than I thought. I'm gonna buy hair and say i dont like it and see if she lets me keep the hair I don't like. Ok yall , idk why im so riled up. Im gonna finish deep conditioning my hair now and stop letting this topic bother me.

Well.....this is random, but since we know that Fab reads our comments:
I used to like her because I thought she was honest and had a nice personality, BUT that has changed. Her head is swelling and she's getting just like all the others. I'm new to Youtube and I noticed that shortly after posting my videos, she copied certain elements of my vids. (I don't want to go into detail about what, but if you see mine and hers you'll know immediately....) Why on earth would a YT "guru" and partner copy off a newbie? She must have gone through the analytic tools and noticed that I attracted a lot of views in a short period of time..... that's kind of thirsty.
Maybe she'll address that in her next video. I see you Fab! You better 'fess up, before your subscribers get the FTC on that azz. We know you ain't buying all that hurr. I didn't earn my name for nothin' hun. 
And as for Jace? Stick in a fork in'em, they're done. It really is a PR nightmare.
