"I've never dated a black woman/man before"

Lets say you hit it off with someone of another race and they reveal to you that they have never dated your race before, would you let them pursue you? Or would you date them?

Something about someone who hasn't dated my race before bugs me a little. I dated an asian once who stereotyped us sooooooo bad. He never dated a black woman before because it "never came up". Anything I said or did was always under a microscope. I made him dinner once and he "thought black people only cooked soul food". He was shocked I cooked spaghetti and not fried chicken!!!
