I've been to a few different hair dressers on a few different occasions and none of them seem to be able to get the colour right, in fact its way off.

So how would you describe this colour or what dyes do you know of that i can use to achieve this colour? (image attached)

I am getting quite frustrated as i think its a beautiful colour.

That looks like a 6 or 7 strawberry blonde. It's kinda faded and grown out but it sorta looks like it was chunky foiled up top so it would grow out reasonably well.

French, is right it's about a 7. It has a some of red in it and what you come out with depends on what color  your natural hair is and how many shades have to lifted out. Hair is on a number system with 1 being black all the way to very pale blonde that would be a 10. If you hair is in the dark range of a 1-3 then you will have to be lifted up to a about an 8 and then have your color deposited down to your desired shade. Also in that color range the hair will suffer major damage before it even gets close to that color due to the depths of the reds and the orange colors within the hair. You also mentioned that yoy have an artificial pigment of several colors that are deposited in you hair so you would definitely have to go to a color specialist to go through color correction and then deposit. Have a patch test done before you have it applied to you entire head.
