Is your Mother jealous of You??

I can deal with hateful females but I don't know how to handle it when she's my mother  My Mother seems to be jealous of most young women, including my daughter.

Cut her off. Been there, done that (grandmother). It is OK to be cordial, but why mix yourself up emotionally with her? If your daughter has kept it moving, don't you think you should too? It will be tough at first, but the stress you WON'T have to deal with will make it worth while.

My mother does this and it is so weird. She never had anything nice to say and will literally start fights purely for the sake of it.

I love my mother, I honestly do. But she's like a high school mean girl and it is so draining. Thankfully, she is calming down and I truly appreciate that.
