Sounds like due to your life experiences you tend to only focus on the negative things in your life vs. the positive. Maybe try to start talking to a counselor. You are young and it is better to start dealing with it sooner than later.




I've had the WOAT experiences with multiple counselors. Smfh. :(

Do you remember things you used to do together as a family; tv shows you watched? Maybe doing some of those things will trigger memories. As a kid, I used to watch Sanford and Son with my dad; he loved that old crazy Fred Sanford (his words).

Now, when I watch an episode that we watched together, I can remember everything we were doing, what he was wearing, where I was sitting, smells, even what we snacked on while we watched that episode. It's strange because I would have have never thought I'd remember all that.  but  there it is clear as yesterday; and it's been a few decades lol.
