Without a doubt. I've been there so I'm speaking from personal experience. Unless you seek help in order to make changes in your life, it WILL catch up with you eventually. You are functional because you are repressing your emotions. You may be very good at it but at one point it will inevitably come to the surface

Yes, there is.   I think I was in a state like this for about 2 years before my ultimate crash.  I worked full time and did grad school pulling a 4.0 at the same time and was depressed.    It did get to a point where I couldn't function though, but it took a while.

I think its best to catch yourself while your in this stage though before it gets bad....  Go talk to a therapist.
