when they have some bad ass kids? I disagree with that 100 percent. when I was young I was a rebellious little kid. My parents taught me right from wrong, but I ended up doing whatever it was I wanted to do. I got beat but I didn't care. It wasn't until I decided to change that I did. My brothers and sisters were never like this and they were model examples even though we had the same parents. that happens a lot of the time. some people are just bad seeds I think.

Depends on the age of the kid imo. Parents of multiple children have to be able to understand that theres no one way to raise a child.  What may work for one may not work for all if that isnt address and they dont try other things while the child is young then yes there is some blame on their shoulders. If you know one of your kids have behavior problems that are abnormal and you dont address it as such then you are not helping that child at all.

99.9% of the time, yes.

even if the parents are not "ratchet" and teach their children right from wrong

kids just don't act out for no reason at all

like i always say...you may think you're raising your kids right...but they will do what they wanna do...if they wanna do it bad enough.ive seen it happen, ive lived it... so i dont jump on parents automatically. imo i had a good mom that raised us up great... but i did what i wanted..i had no reason to act like i did..but i did it.

i dont know it was like i was an untouchable state of mind or something.

that of course only happened when my shyness wore off LOL.
otherwise my corny behind was in the house reading and playin piano
lol.
