Just when you think Peta has forgotten about Beyonce’s fur loving ways..

Beyonce dazzled the nation with her spectacular performance on the superbowl halftime show. The 31 year old singer looked sultry in a form fitting black corset. However, PETA was not pleased with the fact that her fabulous frock was made entirely of python and iguana skin. The animal loving group released this statement

We would take a bet that if Beyoncé watched our video exposés … she’d probably not want to be seen again in anything made of snakes, lizards, rabbits or other animals who died painfully. Today’s fashions are trending toward humane vegan options, and Beyoncé’s Super Bowl outfit missed the mark on that score.

This is not the crazy in love singer’s first dispute with the group. Back in 2006,6, two women won a chance to have a dinner date with Beyonce through a VH1 Save the Music auction and during the dinner, it was revealed that the winners were actually members of PETA and secretly taped the conversation. They began grilling Beyonce about using fur in her House of Dereon clothing line before her mother  Tina Knowles told them to leave the building saying.  “You are not welcome! I don’t appreciate this at all!”
