Yea I have seen that to, I mean it is not like your are going to get 4 inches of growth in a month. But I guess some people think more is better, I would not chance it. Keep us posted on the HF and how it works. I keep hearing good things about it, rarely a bad review. I didn't order any I may in the future.

I'm taking the HF now, too. Since the 16th.

I ordered two bottles, so I'll make sure to update with pictures when I'm out.

If it actually works. I'll def. reorder.

@mb82 1" a month. I can be patient with growing my hair out, but if I can truly increase/ maximize my growth rate that would be a bonus.

I was just in th bsl/ bsb challenge thread and someone posted about a liquid supplement called mineralrich. I think I am going to try that or the hf and see what a growth aid will do for me.

I started originally last year with the small bottle of Gro Aut Oil. It was good, but to be honest I wasn't consistent with it so I can't really speak to how well it worked. I bought Liquid Gold at the end of December or first week of January I believe. They were having a sale at the time so I bought 2 4oz bottles (I think). I'm almost done with the first bottle.

So, I use LG with the sulfur in it. They make other oils, but I know sulfur is good for growth so I chose that one. Right now I'm PSing in a flw and have my hair braided down in a flat twist bee hive circular pattern. Basically I try to GHE with it 2 to 3 nights a week. You can use it daily, but since I'm only washing my hair 2x a month max, I don't want too much build up so I space it out. I really think it's the LG that really pushed my growth rate.

I've used HF last year and it did give me good results, but I think it only really gave me like a full .5" per month. If you guys remember a couple pages back, when I took my marley twists out around the time of the innauguration, I had a minor set back and went back to barely grazing APL length - which sucked! Now I'm definitely pushing past "full APL" and am heading close to BSL. But even literally a week to a week and a half after I took my marley twists down, I had a serious growth spurt.

I've been using a length chart shirt so it helps to let me know exactly where I am. I'm definitely going to wash my hair tomorrow and hopefully will also do a henna/amla app as well! :)
