Good morning everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found this wonderful video about vitamins and your foods. They are teaching some very important information that all need to hear.

Thank you soooo much for the information you have provided.  It is very informative and has provided me with a starting point to disseminate my product stash to determine what is beneficial for my hair to foster.

Although no two heads are alike, we sound like hair twins in the sense of the texture and characteristics of the hair especially in regards to the porosity...my hair dries very quickly.

In success #1 you touched on the improtance of ph.  I have looked into Kimmaytube's ph information in the past and make my leave in based upon her reccipe however, I have not taken it to the next step in regards to looking at the ph into all of the products I use on my hair.

Are you determining the ph level by what is listed on the container or do you test with ph strips?

Sorry for the late response. I do not use the ph strips. I find the levels on the labels or an internet search.

My update: Vitamins have been taken regularly (except for the MSM). In other news, I'm getting veiwed up at the end of the month  Big smile. I'm doing it as part of a Healthy Hair Makeover so I'm going to use it as my protective style for at least a year.

HHJ Everyone!

Ladies I hope everyone is having a good weekend so far. It is a busy weekend for me, how about you ladies?   But remember no matter how busy we are, remember to:  take your vitamins, drink lots of water and eat your veggies.

What vegetable did you have yesterday? I had some sauteed spinach in olive oil with a dash of sea salt. It was soooooo GOOD!!!!!!!!!Big smile

What vegetable will you feed your body today?
We will be having broccoli lightly steamed. Yummy!!!!!!!!!

Ladies I posted a picture in the Cleanse/Deep condition weekly challenge. I have successfully gotten my hair into a smooth bun.ClapClapClapClapClap Only the ladies with tightly coily 4C hair will understand what a task this can be. I posted a picture in the Cleanse/deep condition challenge. I will share more as to how I achieved this look after I do it for a week or two.Smile

Have a beautiful weekend everybody! Remember to smile often because God loves youBig smileBig smileBig smile.

dOLLish.'s update:
I've noticed that my hair is getting thicker.  One side of my hair has always been thicker than the other.  The finer still, though still fine, is a tad bit thicker.  My hair has also gotten longer.

I think my growth is due to stretching and limiting the amount of heat I put on my hair, in addition to the growth aids.
