Hi Natural! *waves*
It looks like you're between CBL & APL? I'm not quite sure since it's a close up pic...

Hi Model *waving back*!
I know the pic is huge but I am just happy that I finally was able to embed something on here!
I agree with you in terms of being in between cbl and apl....I am definitely aiming to be apl by June. I know that my hair has definitely grown though as when I initially started HF my hair was touching my collar bone and it is now past that. I am eager to see where I will be in two months with coninued use of both the HF and liquid gold.
I am going to need to reattempt making a growth shirt...may I ask how you did yours?

I
just used a ruler to measure 1 inch apart tick marks down the back of
my shirt. Then all you need is a straight edge to make the horizontal
lines straight. :)

No it did that to me too...that's why my lines look a little faint in some areas and jagged in others!

| Yep they showed up. But tell us what we are looking at. When did you start taking your vitamins and what are you taking?
|
Hi Veemack, I take numerous vitamins like Biotin 7500 mcg, Silica 250mcg, Fish,Flax and Borage Oil, Viviscal, Vitamin B-12 1000mcg, Garlic pills w/Cayenne pepper10,000 IU, multi-vitamin, MSM 1000mg and Cod Liver Oil (careful with the Cayenne, this supplement is very strong and if the dosage is too high it burns the stomach!!! I have found that if I take my vitamins daily at the same time, I have energy that lasts all day and it helps with my appetite, I'm less hungry. I forgot to add that I take hair, skin and nails vitamin and Collagen. I must say that my nails grow at fast pace and my skin is glowing ((Collagen). I am currently wearing a FLW so I can't measure my hair at the moment, and I decide to try and wear this wig for at least 2months without disturbing my hair!!! http://i1075.photobucket.com/albums/w422/msb20113/8EEDB8F2-A51C-4A33-A8D6-EBED8BDEE4E0-191-0000003718A268EE.jpg- in this pic I just washed and conditioned my hair, I had deep conditioned with Joico Hair Reconstructor and coconut oil, I put on a shower cap for at least a couple of hours and rinsed. hth |
Thanks! I really love your hair color. You did a good job on your flat
ironing. Thanks for sharing. I actually just brought some Cayenne
capsules. They were really inexpensive. I brought them to try in a oil
though. I might just take some for a couple of days and see if I have
more energy. I use natural cayenne pepper almost everyday on eggs,
pasta, rice, vegetables. I don't know what I would do without my cayenne
pepper spice. But I have never used it any other way.

thank you veemack for prompt reply..!do i take muti vitamins aswell..or just hair skin and nail supplement does the job? | The major difference b/n a regular multi vitamin and Hair skin and nail is the extra biotin, vitamin A, MSM and many times horsetail, nettle and others that have shown to effect hair growth. Anything which helps the body will also help the hair unless of course there are underlying health issues. For example ailments such as Lupus and high blood pressure greatly affect hair growth. These types of issues usually lead to temporary hair loss or hair thinning. In these cases you need to talk with your doctor to really see which vitamins you are missing and should double up on to counteract the effects of the disorder......If you take a HSN vitamin and it is a good one you do not need to also take a multi vitamin, from what I read on the label which shows the percentages of each vitamin in the HSN. During the cold and flu season and if you are over 35, I would say to take Vitamin C along with your HSN. Most HSN vitamins do not have high amounts of vitamin C. I like to take 1,000milligrams of Vitamin C daily. I get the chewable kind which are 500 milligrams each and take two a day....So no you do not really need to take both, but if you are trying to enhance your hair growth, opt for the HSN vitamin along with Vitamin C and leave the multi vitamin.......Let me also add this, just to confuse you more . Just joking. The Alive brand of multi vitamins are no joke, they are full of good stuff, I even found one which has the same vitamins and minerals as Hairfinity. And the price is better. The major difference is that they come in tablet forms and not capsules. Capsules and liquid absorb better.

At keast your lines are straight!
I attempted swimming this morning with my new found protective style.....I came across some AO swimmer's conditioner and applied to my hair , rinsed and then followed up with a mixture of sweet almond/grape seed oil and some whipped shea butter..my hair feels so moisturized right now....this may just be my saviour after swimming!
