Yep they showed up. But tell us what we are looking at. When did you start taking your vitamins and what are you taking?

But it has not been proven to reawaken dormant hair follicles.. If your hair loss is only due to diet then 2-6months of eating good foods and taking biotin consistently will clear this up. Of course it may take longer for your hair to grow back to its original length if your hair was really long. Castor oil will coat the hair strands so your hair looks thicker but it is not. Ylang Ylang oil and emu oil have been proven to reawaken dormant hair strands in some people when used consistently over a period of time.....Honestly, if you start eating right and just massage any natural oil into your scalp daily you will see your hair start to grow back and thrive. Massage for at least 10 minutes.

Hi Veemack, I take numerous vitamins like Biotin 7500 mcg, Silica 250mcg, Fish,Flax and Borage Oil, Viviscal, Vitamin B-12 1000mcg, Garlic pills w/Cayenne pepper10,000 IU, multi-vitamin, MSM 1000mg and Cod Liver Oil (careful with the Cayenne, this supplement is very strong and if the dosage is too high it burns the stomach!!! I have found that if I take my vitamins daily at the same time, I have energy that lasts all day and it helps with my appetite, I'm less hungry. I forgot to add that I take hair, skin and nails vitamin and Collagen. I must say that my nails grow at fast pace and my skin is glowing ((Collagen). I am currently wearing a FLW so I can't measure my hair at the moment, and I decide to try and wear this wig for at least 2months without disturbing my hair!!! http://i1075.photobucket.com/albums/w422/msb20113/8EEDB8F2-A51C-4A33-A8D6-EBED8BDEE4E0-191-0000003718A268EE.jpg- in this pic I just washed and conditioned my hair, I had deep conditioned with Joico Hair Reconstructor and coconut oil, I put on a shower cap for at least a couple of hours and rinsed. hth

I would just say, if you're taking a multi vitamin, you need to check
the levels of the other supplements you're taking to make sure you're
not duplicating anything. Although the body has an ability to flush out
excess supplements/etc, you also don't want to take too much. In the
event your body does try to metabolize all the amounts of what you're
taking, you don't want to OD on something which could cause health
issues down the road.
ETA: just read that you're also taking an HSN...please check your dosage amounts on everything you're using to make sure you're not doubling up unnecessarily.

hi modelbusiness82, I check my multi vitamin to make suer that I'm not duping anything, most of the ingredients in the multi-vit has small amts of most my supplements so I make sure that I'm going to ingest too much too soon. Some days I take only half of my vitamins and some days (usually on weekends)I only take my multi,Mineral Rich, biotin, hsn, silica and B-12. I own a little soul food restaruant and I do majority of the cooking, so I'm on my feet all day, 5 days a wk, that's one of the main reasons that I make sure that I take my vitamins, I need all the energy I can get. thank you for your concern I checked with my doctor before I started my vit regime and he stated that as long as I don't try take all of my vitamins at once then i should be fine.

^^ Oh my goodness!!
Please excuse my raggedy attempt at making a growth shirt...it is awful and as well for how large the photo is...I don't know how to resize it.
I will use this as my starting pic as the pic I took when initially starting HF is not clear to compare the length.
