@applebaum remember HF is a capsules so it absorbs easier. If any of the other vitamins are coated tablets, they do not absorb well, so you end up pooping or peeing them out.... I hear the shipping for HF is pretty quick, they are giving people good results.

@ Natural Essence I can swallow most pills with no issue. I might get a cheap pill cutter just in case. Make sure you post your HF results. Cant wait to see them!!
@ Veemack I understand what you're saying. It makes alot of sense. Again I might get a pill cutter to help with the break down. I know you get what you pay for, but you just cant beat that price!! Pills for 100 days vs pills for 30 days @ the same price. I'll also continue to search for reviews.

A video Youtube recommended for me on the Mineral Rich. Good to see someone showing pictorial results instead of on just claims. In another video she said she takes Biotin along with the MR.

She gives no background though on her growth. Such as her normal growth rate before MN. Well maybe she does on her page, I didn't have enough time to check. Pictures do not encourage me all that much, because sometimes they can be misleading. Such as the way someones combs their hair, etc.
We know that most like pictures, so for those who are getting results get ready to post your results on Feb. 20th. Blessed day everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can agree with that... I remember I saw someone say they got an inch in 6 days(In one pic her hair was stretched and on the other it wasn't)... I didn't even try to correct them..

@ Natural essence,I have heard some good things about Nature's Bounty, though I have not personally taken them. And I saw the sale also at a Walgreens in my location, but I am good on vitamins for now.

Hmmm. I might try nature bounty next. Are they sold at walgreens? Spring valley is okay, but I want to switch up. Lol. I'm still taking my vitamins consistently. Im in school, so thats why I have not been posting as much..

So today I finished the first bottle of HF...5 more to go lol.
I'm probably going to do a pseudo length check next week as this weekend is going to be too busy for me to do anything. Fingers crossed that I have awesome results! :)
I'm still GHE'ing at least 2x a week on my LG application days. So, I really hope that I can see some awesome growth since next week will be almost a month exactly since I took my marley twists out and I can see exactly what my monthly growth rate is now that I'm on all these additional growth aids.

@V, you will get over that sickness in no time then! Yesterday was not so well, as I barely got in two 16.9 oz bottles. It was a very lethargic day.  But right now I am already halfway done with my 4th bottle. I've been up since early morning.
