Good morning to all!!!!!!!!!!! @LouLou I upload my pictures from my blog. Try Picassco Web album through your Gmail....The large pictures do not bother us though . But I understand that use to happen to me and I didn't like the large BAM! in your face pictures. So you say it usually takes you 3 months to get an inch? Me to pretty much unless I do something extra to stimulate more growth. What is your vitamin combination?

So I'm back with OneSource today. I'm going to use these and I had wanted to in the beginning but they didn't have any at Walmart when I had gotten the Spring Valley, so I'll make sure I restock BEFORE I'm out. And I got in at least 64 oz yesterday. It's just much harder to get that intake when you work.

Thanks AmberColour! I also agree about the water intake during work... It can be tough remembering to drink up.
Thanks for the recommendation Veemack. I'l try Picasso next time. As for my vitamin cocktail it is:
Liquid Multi Nutrient (1 tablespoon)- I think this is dispensable since my super food powder has overlapping ingredients but my husband likes to take it so I continue to buy it) Regular Vitamin (1) Biotin (1) B 50 (1) Garlic (1) Bamboo Silica (1) Gelatin (1) Selenium (1) Vitamin C (1) Fish or Vitamin E (I alternate between the two) MSM (1/2 tsp mixed in water or orange juice) Superfood Powder Supplement (I mix it in my green smoothie)
I take some for health and others specifically for hair and nails. I keep up by having a pill organizer.
I started taking the regular vitamin, biotin, b-50, garlic, vitamin c and e, MSM (inconsistently), and fish June 1, 2012. Selenium and gelatin added late October. Superfood and liquid vitamin in late December.
I may purchase a pill crusher so I can toss the resultant powder into my smoothie.

I finished one full bottle of Ultra Nourish today! 1 down, 3 to go! I see results too! But it could be due to the liquid gold sulfur mix. Maybe its a combo of the two.

Good job so you pretty much got all your dosages. I bet your growth was more from your Ultra Nourish than the sulfur mix. Keep up the good work.

Hello ladies, I have decided to add my exercise regime with my vitamin intake. Today I will start with walking for 1 hour, I will include my powdered Wheat Grass in my smoothie this morning, along with my other vitamins that I mentioned in an earlier post. I will also increase my water intake as well.......

Thanks so much for the thread. I was just doing research and stumbled on to this thread when looking for a review on Hairfinity. I dont really care for the price and I'm impatient and would prefer to find a supplement in stores. I researched the HF ingredients and began to search for products with similar ingredients. (Like, I literally had a print out of the HF ingredients in the store to do comparisons, ikr such a lame!)
So I went to Whole Food and found a few products.
Both products were near $20 dollars or more.
Then I went to Walgreens found a few more supplements.
I will be using either supplements from Walgreens. They have the same ingredients as HF. The first one is $15 and the second is $17 Walgreens is having a Buy ONE get ONE 50% OFF sale until February 23, 2013 in my area.

@ Lou Lou..beautiful hair.
@ Bonita Applebaum: I have used the Nature's Bounty HSn off and on but I find them hard to swallow. I just started taking HF a few weeks ago and I haven't missed a dose as yet as I find them so much easier to swallow. I couldn't tell you whether I gained any length from the Nature's Bounty as I did not take them religiously...I have two bottles sitting in my cupboard that I plan to resume after finish my three month supply of HF so that I can compare the results.
