most reputable tattoo artists usually won't tat your face if you don't have a lot already and will flat out refuse to do bf tats. esp on the face.

they tell folks to sleep on (no face) boyfriend tats before they consider.

he looks like a pro. sounds fishy. unless she hiding a sleeve or calf down there. i really doubt this.
