So despite your bootstraps, straightened hair, neutral clothes, speech and demeanor there's still a bias based on your skin color and facial features ... especially when it comes to allocating resources 

That is what racism is and every black should be concerned since it affects all of us, the exceptional black is a myth

Yes, we have to let it sink in
