And I met two of my closet girlfriends while doing so....we're still BEST friends to this day!! I love those two chickas!!!! 

T Dot is not the easiest place to make friends when you don't know nobody. Took me a while too, living over there for a few years. Everyody in the thread is right, though. The more activities you take up, the more likely you'll run across people you like. I never completely warmed up to the place. There's nothing european about it, it's like a big sprawling american suburb where everybody's in a rat race to make money
