Wide Open West did the same thing to me the day after Thanksgiving (-600!). OuchOuchOuch

My weekend was ruined, as I needed that money to do some After-Thanksgiving shopping. CryCry

It took me calling everyone from my bank to the CEO OF W.O.W. to the Il. Att. General to get my money back.  WackoWackoWacko

After I called the Attorn. General, the money mysteriously went back into my account immediately!ShockedShockedShocked...Cool
 
But initially, they said it would take 6 weeks for them to refund my money. Confused *insert Shaq lips*

It was crazy, and I have been telling everyone not to get "WOW" ever since! Angry

Good luck with your $.  I hope you get it back.
